Be Yourself A2 Card

Hi everyone, it's Tina here. Whenever I am stuck on creating a card with a background the best solution is to use a stencil and lightly apply ink. This doesn't need to bold. By applying ink this takes away from the starkness of the White panel. Always use a stencil that best represents the other elements in your card. Below are the steps to create your own card.

Step 1 - Trim White Soft Finish to 4 1/4" x 11". Score at 5 1/2" and fold for a horizontal top fold card. (A2)

Step 2 - Place Planner Stencils 2 (floral one) on top of the card front. Using a Blender Brush lightly apply Ink of your choice. I used a teal blue and green inks to create my background. Note that I faded the ink blending as I got towards the edges.

Step 3 - Stamp Bugs And Kisses sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

Step 4 - Diecut Elegant Leaves 1 using White Finish Cardstock if you want to color in any color medium. If you don't want to color then diecut in using Green Cardstock. Adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue.

Step 5 - Diecut Caterpillar using White Finish Cardstock if you want to color in any color medium. If you don't want to color then diecut in various colors of Cardstock. Assemble and adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue. For the head I used a little Foam Tape.

This card can be used for several occasions by simply changing the sentiment. Below is a link to all the products used. Thank you for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
