Sweater Season card

Hello crafty friends, it’s Summer Hills-Painter here. For today’s blog post, I made another Christmas card in anticipation of the upcoming holiday.

Preparation:

Cut and assemble the Sweater Season die set. I used the new Holly Jolly Christmas paper pack and cut the third largest stitched rectangle from green patterned cardstock. Cut the second largest rectangle from the Indented Stitched Rectangles die from red cardstock. Cut, score, and fold an A2 card base.

Instructions

Use the "Merry Christmas" sentiment from the Holiday Treats stamp set, stamp onto the rectangle patterned cardstock. For mine, I inked the edges with Bundled Sage and Frayed Burlap distress ink.

Layer the rectangle onto the indented rectangle piece and adhere to the card base. For mine, I inked the edges of the red cardstock layer and card base with Frayed Burlap Distress ink.

I then adhered the sweater die cut to the card using foam adhesive to complete the card.
